Objectives: As a result of this participation in this course, students should:
- Understand the issues and challenges of creating a PLC
- Identify tips and strategies for a successful PLC
- Discover the elements necessary to move from discussion to successful implementation of a PLC
- Analyze current practices in their schools and recommend needed changes
